Åsnes Amundsen Waxless is a stiffer version of the Amundsen ski. The ski is longitudinally rigid, has a marked vallazone and is directionally stable. This ski is perfect for those going on long trips with a sled and/or backpack. The ski fits in regular longitudinal tracks and comes with a minimum for error locks. This is the perfect touring ski for adventurers.

Choose the right length

Ski length is determined based on body weight and height. The table is only a guide, but experience, skill, terrain and individual needs can all influence your choice of length.

For beginners, short skis are easier to control. If you mainly ride trails, length is not the most important factor. To float well in deep snow, a lighter and wider ski is useful. Lighter skiers may consider a shorter ski; heavier skiers a longer ski. Skiers with loads such as backpacks and sleds may consider a longer ski.

§ 19. Touring skis must be returned without an attachment wall on the surface, if this is not done the renter will be charged SEK 400 for cleaning. If the surface has been roughened for the attachment wall to attach, the renter will be charged for the corresponding new ski as it is deemed unusable in Outdoor Buddies' normal operations.
