Product information

ATTENTION! Tent poles are not included, but you use hiking poles to pitch this tent.

The new Anaris is a very light and airy two-person backpack tent which is inspired by the first Hilleberg model, Keb. It is developed for hikers who are out in warm weather and prefer to join hiking poles. Its construction with two apses is designed so that one sleeps parallel to the apses. This provides an impressive space for two people, with plenty of room for both and with separate entrances in the apses. It also gives – along with Anari's very low weight – a really big and luxurious space for the solo hiker.

Hiker who use trekking poles when walking often look for a way to integrate their poles into their shelter to keep the weight as low as possible. Also if many choose a minimalist solution, like our Tarp 5 and Mesh Tent 1, Anaris offers an elegant and lightweight solution for those who prefer the comfort of a real Hilleberg tent. As in all our models have Anari's interconnected inner and outer tent, which enables simultaneous erection of both or use separately. The outer tent in our very light but strong Kerlon 1000 provides superb weather protection, and thanks to that the walls do not go all the way down to the ground but have a curve cut at the bottom, you also get constant air circulation. Roll away from both doors and both apses completely, thus giving the inner tent mosquito net doors and side walls outstanding ventilation in very hot conditions.

Anaris offers even more levels of versatility. Although it is designed to be set up with trekking poles, so it can also be erected by being suspended from the sides of the eaves, and an or both outer tent walls can be rolled up completely for maximum airiness i warm weather. For those who want the option of a more minimal one "shelter solution" on some tours, the outer tent can be used independently like a “super tarp”: it has full roll-up functionality side walls and apse doors but weighs only 640 grams.

Anaris is a mountain area in Jämtland.
