Robust aluminum buckles and fasteners, and the option to attach smaller backpacks from Lundhags for increased pack volume. Stable and homogeneous external frame system that can handle heavy loads. Glove-friendly zipper flaps and attachment for trekking poles/ice ax make the backpack extremely versatile.
