• Ullfrotté Original 400 g is a slightly thicker material that can be used as a warming intermediate layer, for example under a water-repellent outer garment. Adjust the layers according to your activity.
• Keep in mind that the clothes are UNISEX. Compare your measurements with our size guide.
• The garment is manufactured in Östersund, Jämtland, all the way from yarn to finished product.
• The seamstresses sew an entire garment from start to finish and label the clothes they sew with their own name tags.
• We take our wool from merino sheep that graze in the Argentinian part of Patagonia and Uruguay and it is mulesing free.
• No other artificially produced material has all the good properties of wool.
• If you sweat, the material does not smell bad. The wool is self-cleaning.
• Even if the material has become damp, it still warms.
• Woolpower can be washed at 60 degrees.

Full zip jacket 400 is a thicker middle layer in our own material Ullfrotté Original 400 grams. It can be used in colder conditions or when you won't be moving around much. Then use one of our thinner underwear Woolpower LITE or Ullfrotté 200 under which is designed to be used closest to the body. By wearing Woolpower directly against the skin, you can take advantage of all the good properties of merino wool. Full zip jacket 400 also fits well as a cardigan or jacket over your everyday clothes. The jacket is a little longer at the back to prevent slipping and the cuffs have a nice thumb grip. The collar is high and has the Woolpower logo stitched on the back.

The material is durable and consists of fine merino wool, polyamide and above all – air! It is the air in the material that is important as it insulates the heat that your body produces.

The clothes are manufactured all the way from yarn to finished product in Östersund, Jämtland. The seamstresses sew an entire garment from start to finish and move between the different machines. When they are satisfied with the result, they label the garments with their own name tags. Therefore, you can always know who has sewn your jacket from Woolpower.

Wool is nature's own functional material and so far it has not been possible to artificially produce a fiber with the unique properties of wool. For example, if you sweat, the garment does not smell bad. It also keeps you dry because the wool can absorb up to 30 percent of its own weight without even feeling damp. But if you get really wet, the jacket will still keep you warm. It is a chemical effect of the wool called absorption heat. Ullfrotté Original can be washed at 60 degrees.
